"Site was a bit of a hassle"
I try to place an order, but the website was feeling clunky. Some pages load slow for me, and finding the items I wanted wasn’t that easy. Checkout did work in the end, but it take longer than it should. It wasn’t horrible, just kind of frustrating.

I ordered from neilenterprises.com, and based on this one experience, it seems like their communication can be a little hit or miss. They did get back to me, but it took longer than I expected, and I had to follow up twice before I got a clear update.

It wasn’t a bad experience overall, just not as smooth as it could’ve been. I feel like most customers would probably appreciate quicker updates without having to keep checking in

I had an issue that took way too long to get addressed, and even after all that waiting, it only ended up being half fixed. that just doesn’t feel right. If a customer is patient enough to wait, the least they can do is actually finish the job properly.

I ordered a few things, and when the package showed up, some of it was just... not what I picked. It wasn’t like one small mix-up either. The order really didn’t match what I’d selected, so I had to go back and forth trying to get it sorted out, which was annoying. "Not bad, but I’m still a little torn"
I’ve been loyal to another brand for a while, so I’ll admit I was comparing this order the whole time. Overall, it was fine and some of the prices were decent, but a few things felt a bit overpriced for what they were. Nothing was wrong with the order, and I’d probably give them another shot if there’s a sale or I just need something basic, but I’m not totally convinced I’m switching over yet.

"Setting up an account was a real “headache”"
I tried to make an account, it was way more annoying than it needed to be. The site kept throwing issues at me, and I couldn’t really tell what I was doing wrong. It took much longer than I expected, which made for a “rough” first impression. I ended up giving up for a while, and I’m not exactly excited to try again anytime soon.

"Should’ve trusted my gut"
I bought a keychain photo holder from Neil Enterprises, it seemed okay at first. But something about it felt a little flimsy, and I probably should’ve trusted my instinct. After just a few days in my bag, the plastic cracked and the photo cover started coming loose. For the price, I really expected it to hold up better. Disappointing, and I don’t think I’d order from them again.

I ordered a few photo items, and to be fair, the shipping went totally fine. Maybe I was just being a little too hopeful because the photos looked really good when I uploaded them, but the final prints were kind of a letdown.
The colors came out dull, and a few spots looked a bit blurry. I guess it’s possible I didn’t check the files closely enough or maybe the photos weren’t perfect to begin with, but they still didn’t look like what I thought I was getting.

They’re not completely unusable, so I’ll probably still keep them, mostly because I don’t feel like dealing with a return. But unless the print quality improves, I don’t think I’d order printed items again...

I had to return something I ordered from neilenterprises.com, and it wasn’t a huge hassle, but it also wasn’t exactly smooth. The process was easy enough once I figured it out, though I still think the return steps could’ve been explained better. Support did get back to me after a couple days, which was fine, but it also felt a little slow. Same with the refund, it showed up eventually, just later than I expected. Overall, not a bad experience, but not really a great one either.

I’ve tried ordering from them twice now, and both times the things I actually needed were unavailable. It’s frustrating because the site makes it seem like they have plenty to offer, but when you go to buy, the important stuff isn’t there. it gives me the impression they’re more focused on getting people in the door and making money than keeping basic items stocked for customers.

"Had to Escalate Just to Get Wholesale Support"
I reached out for help with a wholesale order the whole thing was frustrating. Replies were slow, the answers I did get weren’t very clear, and it felt like no one was really taking ownership of the problem. I eventually had to push harder and escalate the issue just to get any kind of real attention. Maybe they’re fine for smaller orders, but for wholesale, I expected much better communication and support. I won’t be placing another order anytime soon.

"Minimum order kept getting in the way"
The products themselves seem fine, no real complaints there. But the minimum order requirement was such a hassle. I only needed a few things, and it felt like the goalposts kept moving until I ended up adding extra stuff I didn’t really want just to check out. Annoying.

"Bulk order was alright, just slower than I expected"
I ordered a bulk batch from neilenterprises.com for an event, and overall it was okay. Most of the items looked fine and the packing was decent, so I don’t want to be too harsh. But the shipping took longer than I was expecting, and a few pieces had little scratches on them, which was kind of frustrating. Customer service did get back to me, just not as quickly as I would’ve liked. Maybe I’m expecting too much for a bigger order, but I feel like the whole process could’ve been a bit smoother.
